ZSh-3 set with a ShZ-82 leather helmet and a KM-32 oxygen mask.

The KM-32 oxygen mask is attached for the inner helmet with hooks like WW2 era German masks.

This helmet is a ZSh-3M, which has a smaller backing plate and a screw cover on visor arm.

Green visor downed. Later the visors were charcoal ( brown ).

On the rear of the hard shell is a comic book character's decal.


ShZ-82

ShZ-82 winter leather helmet with a KM-32 oxygen mask.

The single padded ridge of the leather helmet suits for the notch inside ZSh-3 hard shell.

34. PLM

34. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwskiego ( PLM - Fighter Aviation Regiment ) was established on 1 February 1952 for the Polish Navy use. In 1963 34. PLM was reorganisated for the Polish Air Force use. First MiG-21s 34.PLM got in 1967. In 1980 34.PLM replaced it's old MiG-21MFs for newer MiG-21bis Fishbed-Ls at Gdynia Babie Doly. Unit was reorganisated in 1991 again for the Polish Navy use with MiG-21bis Fishbeds. Polish Navy MiG-21s retired in 2003.
