Yarn: Any cotton rayon blend or cotton yarn you obtain the desired gauge is ok, look Gauge table. Note that cotton rayon blend is often stretchier than pure cotton, so you maybe want to choose a little smaller size.

Yardage:For 115 sts version about 700 yards (640 meters) and for 99 sts version about 660 yards (600 meters), but yardage depends on your needle size and yarn combination and may vary.

Needles: 3 mm and 3.5 mm or suitable for your yarn choice, but note that bigger the needles more you need yarn.

Gauge and finished measurements: You can change the circumference and length of your top easily. The size of your top depends your choice of yarn and the gauge you obtain.
