HausLakeJazz organization was established year 1996. Basic principles are to produce good entertainment and good mood for the members. Main event is ... HausLakeJazz Music Festival ...which is held every summer in Hausjärvi, Finland.

Director responsible for the main event and leading other more sluggish organizers. The main task of the director is to keep the members satisfied.	Producer mission to arrange facilities for the main event. The producer has never failed in his mission, even if the challenge of arranging the festivals has grown year by year.
Promotor - takes care of the customer satisfaction. Many customers have been satisfied (especially some female members). All the feedback can be sent directly to promotor. Promotor also signs the bands for the festival.	Head of Security - sets the rules and supervise that everyone follows them. Or not. Head of security has many assistants and deputy head of securities.
Technical Supervisor - has changed the classic rule of lights, camera and action to lights, smoke and hell of a noise.	MC - real party-animal with hawaii-shirt. This always thirsty motor-mouth drinks more than average fire department can piss.
Official Photographer - a true professional. Makes short visit to the festival area, shoots couple of hunreds of pictures, goes home and delivers the pictures during the same night.
Members - make the festival. Without them there would only be a couple of drunk band members and some fanatic listeners (what is the difference??)
