It is possible to empty an egg and cover it with thin sheet of polymerclay. These decorated eggs do not have any paint on them. All the pictures in them are different colored polymer clays. The technique for making the Faces is called "millefiori". I learned the basic face- cane design from Sue Heasers marvelous "Polymer Clay Techniques book."
