A friend of mine, an amazing artist and talented writer, Irene Semanchuk Dean (http://www.good-night-irene.com) sent me a box full of nice texture sheets last spring. I had some experience of using textures as part of the design before, but Irenes gift opened my creativity and made me more aware of the importance of texture in polyclay pieces. These necklaces are few of the texture - color - shape experiences I have made.
