In Rock! by Trio Fratres is a programme element that either can be performed as a complete concert or combined with other Fratres elements.

In Rock! utilizes 24 microphones built into the instruments themselves and connected to a sound system operated by the trio’s own sound designer. The use of such equipment makes it possible to dramatically alter the traditional sound of the accordion.

In Rock! also makes use of a lighting system and designer who has created a light show to match the mood of each piece in the programme. The use of lighting designer requires the rental of a separate lighting system.

A very special feature is Mikko Ahlgren’s Dance Express group which performs an Electric Boogie choreography to the tunes of Kraftwerk’s techno pop.
