Punkaharju is definetly the most known
nature sight in Finland. It is the national view and national park.
Uniquely you can travel this Ice Age sand hill formation surrounded by a
lake on both sides by your car! Definetly "the must" if you visit this part of Finland. Specially we would like to recommend the beach nearby the kiosk in Punkaharhu. The sand in the chrystal clear lake is the one you find only from the finest South Pacific resorts.
