The device deposits fillings and dressings directly from a 12-25 kg container, a 200 kg barrel or even from a mixer bowl transferred under the device.

The depositing process is accurate, efficient and uninterrupted. The troublesome and continuous filling of dressing bags is no longer required. The device deposits fillings in the form of dots or long lines, one at the time or in unbroken series at an adjustable frequency. The portion size can be set within a range of 0-150 cm³. This new method makes working easier and healthier, saving the baker’s strength.

Capacity example:

• in manual control and with 10 g raspberry dots exceeds 100 portions/min (6000 portions/min)
