Dividing and moulding machine for whole grain rye dough and thin bread dough

The Master divider-moulder machine is suitable for dividing and moulding of non-gluten and loose dough.

Functioning principle:

The dough is poured to the infeeding funnel. The sheeter unit rolls the dough to the wanted thickness (thickness 6-25 mm, working width max 290 mm). There are dusters for the bottom and the top flour. The shape of the bread is punched to the dough with mechanically functioning punching mould. The mould can be changed quickly. The shape of the mould is relatively free. It may also be multipartite. Before every punch the form goes to a revolving intermediate flouring unit to prevent the sticking of dough. The picking unit picks the scrap dough and the possible "hole", these are transferred back to the funnel by a conveyor. The device can be connected to an automatic charger unit to charge the products on baking trays or on the belt of prooving tunnel.
