Automatic handling, decorating and charging of bread

A modern production line allows, in spite of high automation level, flexible and versatile possibilities to shape the structure and the appearance of the products. Flexibility means that it is handy to change the production line from one product to an other. So even small series can be run through the automatic line.

Example functions:

  • collecting of the products from different divider and moulder units (can be of rye or wheat dough) to the same decorating line
  • flattening, shaping, moistening and egg-washing of the dough pieces
  • sprinkling with different sprinkling powders: flour, seeds, flakes, sugar, etc.
  • decorative cutting with guillotine or shear unit before prooving. A pattern can be slash, grid, star, logo or slogan, ... etc.
  • Automatic conveying and charging devices from divider and moulder machines to the prooving tunnel or baking trays.
