Working process: The products are formed and loaded to perforated 450 x 600 baking trays. After prooving the trays are lifted to the frying griddle of the device, three at a time. At the push of a button the griddle goes down automatically. When the frying time set to the timer is finished, the griddle rises automatically and the frying is stopped. The trays are pulled manually out from the griddle to the dripping table from which extra fat drips back to the fat basin. A new set of trays can be lifted to the griddle. Vegetable oil, solid fat or a mixture of them can be used for frying.
