NGC7000 is on the bottom right and IC1396 at the top left . Deneb (alpha Cygni) is the bright star close to NGC7000. The bright star at the extreme top is Alderamin (alpha Cephei).  M39 star cluster is about 7° to north-east (= up and left) from NGC7000. The whole area is part of Milky Way.
