  Lundén Resistant Queens are showing strong evidende of having VSH and hygienic abilities. They are throwing out infested larvae whenever it is necessary.

Mite infestation levels change back and forth between 0 and 15%. Average of the breeder hives is under 5%.

Hives are developing very slowly, and this has negative impact on honeycrop.

Below: We lost 3 hives fot bears this spring, 2 big ones and 86 mating nucs in July and 2 hives in September. Electric fencing  is a must os some areas in Finland, and this area is getting bigger all the time.
