Invitation
The Turkish Chess Federation has the honor to invite all delegates of the FIDE Permanent Commission for Chess Composition (PCCC), European national teams and individual solvers, chess composers and all those interested in problem chess, to attend the European Festival of Chess Composition, including the 4th European Chess Solving Championship (ECSC) and accompanying events from 28th of March (arrival) to 3rd of April (departure) at Limra Hotel, Kemer, Antalya, Turkey.

The venue
The festival will be held in Limra Hotel (*****) in Kemer, Antalya.

Here are the Travel Details:
The Limra Hotel is 90 km west of Antalya Airport. Antalya is a tourism city
very well known, and has a large number of charter flights from main points
of Europe. Another way to come to Antalya is via Istanbul. There are daily 20-30
flights connecting Istanbul Atatürk Airport to Antalya Airport.
On the following web sites you may get more information for domestic flights
in Turkey and you may make online registrations. We propose to our guests to
book with Turkish Airlines, and arrive via Istanbul.

Prices for Limra Hotel are as follows:
The Director of the Festival will be Abdurahman Koral (Turkey), chief arbiter
of all solving competitions will be the international grandmaster Milan Velimirovic
(Serbia). The Chief Arbiter for Composing Tourneys will be Mr. Andrei Selivanov
(Russia).
A CALL FOR LECTURES
Participants who would like to give a lecture during the Festival are invited
to let us know about their intention by sending a message to the organizing
committee. Your lectures are welcome! E-mail contact for calls: tsf

All participants including delegates and solvers are obliged to stay in the official hotel and to book the hotel via Turkish Chess Federation. Booking via internet or third parties will not be accepted. Access to solving/composing areas will be allowed only to accredited people by the organization
Transportation:
From Antalya airport to venue there will be transportation provided by organizers
on the basis of 60€ two ways.
Deadline for registration:
All participants are invited to send their registration until 14 March 2008.
After this deadline the organizers have the right to accept applications or
not by a payment of 150 € late entry penalty fee.

Payments:
All participants should send an interest of participation and a 100 € deposit
fee to the organizers. This payment is not returnable and will be deducted from
the total cost of the participants on arrival. If they wish so, participants
may pay the deposit fee only, and the rest of the payment upon arrival.
